Our Philosophy
Emerson Fry Bread is a Native-owned, family-operated mobile food business based in Central Phoenix. We specialize in serving delicious, made-from-scratch Indigenous and Southwest-inspired meals through our food truck services and catering operations. Our team proudly serves events of all types including community festivals, pow wows, corporate events, private parties, and more.
We currently operate two fully licensed and permitted food trucks, allowing us maximum flexibility to meet your scheduling needs.
Catering Options
We offer flexible catering options tailored to your event:
- Drop-Off Catering: Delivered and served in disposable heating or cooling chafers for easy cleanup.
- Full-Service Catering: Staffed service using non-disposable chafers, available upon request.
We are committed to sustainable practices and do our best to use compostable plates and napkins at all events. For durability and guest comfort, we provide plastic utensils and cups.
